E-Cards will only be used with digital material such as Libby, Kanopy, and TN TEL.

To check out physical material, patrons must come in to the library and show proof of residency and identification.

The $10 out-of-county fee will be waived for all E-Card holders, however, the fee will be assessed if patrons require a physical card.

E-Cards will expire once per year. Patrons can simply renew by contacting W.G. Rhea. 

Patrons must be 18 years or older to apply for an E-Card. Parents may get their child an E-Card by applying at the library; a waiver must be signed.

W.G. Rhea library is not responsible for applications submitted by minors. 

E-Card applications are sent to W.G. Rhea to be reviewed. The process may take up to 5 business days. 

E-Card numbers will be sent to the patron's email address once the application is approved.
